January didn’t go as planned so we’re starting fresh in Feb. I’m going to do this for 4 weeks then I’ll make a new plan. Let me know if you’re going to join me! I hurt my ankle at the marathon, so I’m not able to run for a little while longer. More weights it is!

A couple of people have asked what I’m doing for NYE. Well I’m in my 40’s.. and trying to be a better runner.. so I’m carbing up with an early dinner and going to bed by 8pm so I can run 20 miles New Years Day lol yes this is my life now. 😂 I love it tho. Having challenging goals and working towards them is what gives me purpose. I’ll back off the longer distances once I start back to school tho. in 21 days!!

Super excited to run my first sub 2 hour half marathon today. About 13 mins off last year! Time to start adding miles and get ready for the Louisiana Full Marathon in January 🤗
