We have had ASP needles at the clinic for some time, but the price has recently risen... So now we are offering them as an add-on to acupuncture treatments for $15 per ear.

👂What are ASP needles?👂
ASP stands for Aiguille Semi-Permanent (semi-permanent needle). Unlike traditional ear seeds, which are small pellets, ASP needles are tiny, single-use, disposable needles that are gently inserted into specific points on the ear. They are then covered with a small bandage, allowing you to wear them for several days.

👂What do they do?👂
They are used in auricular therapy to provide prolonged, continuous stimulation to ear acupoints, extending the benefits of a treatment for days or weeks.

👂How to add?👂
Talk to your acupuncturist and see if this is a good fit for you! There are options to use the 5 needles on one ear, both ears, or have more than 5 needles for both ears ($30).

Welcome Yanna Demkiewicz, CMT! 💫

Yanna (she/her) is a certified therapeutic massage therapist, Shoden Reiki Level 1 practitioner, and graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University, who offers a variety of modalities, including buccal or intra-oral massage. This treatment involves fascial manipulation inside the mouth, as well as face, scalp, neck and chest massage, and is recommended for anyone who experiences migraines, teeth grinding, temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJD), or general stress.

She also offers therapeutic bodywork and incorporates Swedish relaxation massage, clinical/trigger point therapy, acupressure, Reiki, and Healing Touch techniques. With experience working with people who experience chronic conditions including fibromyalgia, Lyme disease and Parkinson's disease, as well as cancer, Yanna is dedicated to serving people of all walks of life on their engaged journey toward holistic health.

Our Neighbors in St. Paul need our help! 🧊❎

Over the past month, intensified federal immigration enforcement across Minnesota has deeply impacted families right here in St. Paul’s North End. In a neighborhood that is 70% people of color and where 20% live below the poverty line, these enforcement actions have amplified fear, and financial hardship for an already struggling neighborhood, particularly among immigrant, refugee, and historically underserved households

Fundraiser Goals:
To raise funds to directly support rent assistance for individuals and families living in the North End of St. Paul whose housing stability has been threatened by increased ICE activity in the Twin Cities and throughout greater Minnesota.

These families are our neighbors—parents, workers, elders, and children who contribute to the fabric of the North End every day. Recent enforcement actions have upended their lives, disrupted their housing situations, and made it harder to make rent on time. We believe in practical, community-centered support to keep these families housed and safe.

We are raising funds to provide immediate, direct assistance for North End residents dealing with:

-Past-due rent and housing costs
-Utility bills
-Other urgent needs

100% of every dollar you donate will go directly to supporting families and individuals in North End St. Paul. Your contribution helps keep roofs over heads, brings peace of mind in stressful times, and strengthens the safety net right here in our neighborhood. Together, we are building a network of care that shows what it means to look out for one another.
