“Having a set program with workouts, knowing how long they will take, and listing out my other daily goals has made it easier to plug time for me into my day. The nutrition help and tracking has helped me make better choices for both me and my toddler and making sure we get enough protein (among other things). And of course, having someone that keeps me accountable and checks in on me has been the BIGGEST help for me.
