I am beyond grateful for all the things that had to align in order for the beautiful souls to join me this weekend for the Flow State's very first V-day Love workshop.
I am beyond grateful for their trust in allowing me to guide them through sensual and liberated movement, to hold the safe and sacred container to explore movement in ways they may have not before, to share what is in their hearts and to bring it out into the world, placed and held in a beautiful frame.
A few topics that came up in our collective was talking through change, transition, and learning what it means to receive, to trust, and to sit in rest, to embrace our feminine, our yin within. Regardless of our gender or how we present, there comes a time for all of us to learn about the two energies within us, the feminine and masculine. One of the biggest display of trust and faith in the process is when we can let go of control, and allow something or someone to care for us, to fill our cups, and pour ideas into us, in order for us to be prepped and prepared for the next phases of our lives, and yet it is also important to know ourselves, our boundaries, our values, and what we are willing and not willing to compromise to not self-abandon and dismiss ourselves.
I've found time and time again, that everything works in it's own divine way and timing, and at times it is beyond my understanding and control, and to always sit in trust. This was the perfect group for this workshop and I always thank the most High for always making things work out.
To many more workshops as these, to many more sacred gatherings to all co-create and share wisdom and stories, and to many more opportunities to allow space for beautiful souls to realize the beautiful light they hold within them.
