The Flow State has not been quiet, because we don't care about what is happening right now. I have been a lot more active on my personal accounts sharing things. I'm very proud of MN for our strong collectiveness and care for our community and neighbors. I've seen so many beautiful acts of kindness during these tumultuous times.

I've had so many things heavy on my heart, and what has always helped me was writing.

I wrote my very first blog on my Flow State account. It took a lot of growth to get here, and I am not perfect, but I've learned to be spiritual means to also be connected to current events and what is affecting our community. To be connected to God means to be called on to care and protect others, especially communities that are being affected. To not be silent when it matters most to speak up.

I feel so many of us have had trauma with authority, our voices were silenced, and we fear the retaliation of speaking out against power. I urge you to know that there is a collective that is behind you. To love God deeply means to love all the beings connected to them.

Regardless of our differences, our views, our parties, we all should know what is right and what is wrong. And I urge us all to be on the side of morality.

Hello friends,

I know these times have been heavy, uneasy, and there are so many unknowns in the air. With all the injustices and tragedies that are happening one after another, we can't help but feel helpless and defeated.
Just know that The Flow State is holding you, and I deeply feel the pain of our community.

I want to continue offering spaces. In times where it seems that the goal is to heighten and pollute our space with extreme fear, animosity, division, and chaos, I want to combat that with my own form of resistance: Radical Joy and Love.

I commend all our front line workers doing the amazing work. I want to extend my skills in offering spaces for individuals to be held and cared for.

I have three offerings for the month of Jan-Feb.

FIRST OFFERING: This Friday Jan 30th - A virtual blessings/movement/prayer/meditation/circle space. (Free)
2ND OFFERING: Friday February 27th - An in person sacred circle gathering to bless, pray, meditate, and to do movement. (Free/Pay what you can)

These two spaces were inspired by own spiritual practice of prayer and meditation, the teachings of Jesus and Grand Master Cho K*k Sui. As a follower of Jesus and a Pranic Healer, I welcome anyone who feels guided and called to be a part of this space.

THIRD OFFERING: A Two-Day Love Day Workshop for the Self on Sat Feb 21st 12-2pm, Sunday Feb 22nd 12-2pm.
Centered on pouring love back to oneself through guided movement, self-love exercises, circle share, and creating your own self-made poem in a frame. A beautiful alternative or self love day for V-DAY Month. (Ticketed Priced event)

The Flow State will be holding 3 sessions this week. Today, Wednesday and Friday, to offer and hold space for the community.

We will be offering space for individuals to do circle share, do movement together, meditate, and do a collective energy cleanse.

In these times where our media is saturated with fear, anxiety, and upheaval, The Flow State hopes to offer a little peace and stillness in this time.

Storytelling and Intimate Poetry Night.
Our theme in February: Expanding on Love
When we think of love, I’m sure for most of us, the first thing that pops into our head is a romantic interest. But, there is so much to love. For this month, I want us to expand our idea around love. To feel deeply for someone and the world around you that includes but not limited to romantic love: Love for your friends who truly understand you, love for your parents or the ones who raised you, love for water and food, love for the earth and the trees, love for a higher power, love for laughter, love that feels expansive and unconditional. I believe we all deserve to be loved as we are and deserve to love others as they are.
Ponder on the expansive notion of love, and I can’t wait to hear your pieces, your thoughts, and your story.
What does it truly mean to love?

Another beautiful night with our Story Telling and Intimate Poetry Nights. This time around felt a lot more reflective as we entered the New Year together. We all shared things we wanted to improve on and what we want to welcome into our 2026. Such a special treat to listen to the pieces of each individual this night.

Thank you for showing up. May the New Y of 2026 bring us closer to our goals, our dreams, and most importantly our authentic selves.

In the coming year of 2026, I will be doing Flow State Wholeness in Healing LLC FULL TIME.
This means I'm investing my full energy in the below:

✅MORE availability for You all to book massage and energy work sessions
✅ More digital content to inspire you to prioritize healing and to tap into your inner talents, skills, and to ultimately shine your light
✅Free community events to connect and get to know one another

This decision has required a huge leap of faith and trust in God. The Entrepreneurship Journey is not for the weak, and has truly tested my discipline, will, and faith. Anyone embarking on the same journey knows it is not easy, but when you have a strong feeling and the calling to utilize your talents and skills in something that will better the lives of people and beings, it would be a disservice to not move forward.

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to all who celebrate. Christmas is not only a day to be with family, enjoy good food, and take part in giving and receiving gifts, it's also a day to reflect and celebrate the life of Jesus, which I feel can be missed in our modern world. Looking at Jesus's teachings in a practical way can help enhance our daily living and relationships. Here are 5 simple yet transformational teachings we can ponder and practice in our day to day. Every great figure in history is worth studying and observing regardless if in a religious, practical, or educational way. As a non-Christian, I highly look up to Jesus and his radical existence of emanating love and compassion in a dark time. May we also shine our light in these times.

I know that there are many atrocities happening in our world right now. I ask that if you are in a place where you have enough to eat, clothed, have a home, a loving family, supportive friends, enough money to be comfortable to allow these blessings to fill you up despite all the heavy things that continue to happen. We can still count our blessings and yet hold space. As we all are aware, another school shooting occurred last week and so close to home, 10 mins from me to be exact. This leads us to ask ourselves on how far people has gone to come to a decision of doing this kind of act on vulnerable children who cannot defend themselves. And though we can ponder and ponder, the best thing right now is to support the families who have been affected. If you would like to help the cause, there is a donation linked below.

May we continue to shine our light into the world where darkness tries to overtake. But if we all shine our light, there is always hope that the the strength in each and everyone's light combined will over power the heaviness that is in our world.

These were three very significant classes I took with the Pranic Healing Center. My very first class was in April and I withheld from sharing too much information. Though it was very transformative, I still needed time to discern whether this was the right place to commit to and if the teacher was right for me. During my second class with Master Co, I remember sitting in the audience, and when he came out onto the stage, out of nowhere I began bursting in tears unknowingly. At that time I was not in a good place and I was holding it all in. In his presence, I felt like everything was going to be okay. Being in his presence and receiving so much from my teacher, it always reminds me of who I truly am; despite the life struggles I face. I am reminded to be loving, to have will; and to sharpen my mind to have a balanced life. And that my circumstances do not define me.
In this last retreat, I have come to be more connected to the creator of modern Pranic Healing Master Choa K*k Sui, and it has deepened my practice even more.

Pranic healing will become part of the core of how I carry myself as a person, as a person who facilitates healing, space, and whatever I create for this world.

I have so much gratitude and this is only the beginning yall! Stay tuned.

I am currently in the certification program for pranic healing and can't wait to use this modality and the teachings to help better people's lives. ♥️♥️♥️
