🌿✨ The relationship between us and the plants is so beautiful when you really think about it. We need them, and they need us, it’s a whole reciprocal relationship.

Humans breathe in oxygen and release carbon dioxide… and the plants flip it right back for us. They take in that carbon dioxide and, through cellular respiration, create the oxygen we need to survive.

When you look at life this way, as one big cycle of giving, receiving, and supporting each other........everything starts to make a lot more sense. 🌱💚
