I have now practiced for 2 weeks with my Mask on for entire practice in 100°+, at my beloved . No problem - in the least. It is a mental obstacle, zero oxygen depletion. I sweat and it feels amazing. Whatever it takes to maintain presence in uncertainty. The ridgeback® yoga rug is absolute perfection for Studio, Home, Outdoors. A perfect trifecta for wherever you gain presence. Breathe.
❤️ My personal favorite mask is from -bathing suit material brilliance. But the paper ones are great too. Any...you’re gonna be fine!
