Intelligent Eats

Intelligent Eats . It's time for a change. We are eating FAR too many processed foods, and not enough real foods. Our bellies are being filled with nutrient-depleted foods.

Our health is suffering. To top it off, our environment is chemically-laden. Our skincare and beauty products are full of unregulated chemicals that are making matters worse. There are more than 80,000 chemicals on the market today. Many don't have any safety data. This is particularly true of those used in the skin care and beauty industry. This page is dedicated to the conversation of health.

This trick ensures a steady supply of nutrients to your body and allows your blood sugar levels to stay stable, which is one way to make you feel satisfied instead of famished! Example" Turkey roll-up combining nitrate free turkey and avocado. Add apple slices in the middle or on the side - it's up to you!
