You should be fueling during runs under 20 miles for 3 reasons:

1. Train your gut to handle fuel during the run
2. Nail down your race day fueling plan
3. Not feel like complete 💩 during long runs

I took my expertise as a Registered Dietitian and combined that with my knowledge as a 9x marathoner and created the Marathon Fueling Blueprint.

In this 42-page guide, I created a step-by-step system to help you navigate nutrition during the taper to executing the perfect carb-load, building a race day plan, and supporting recovery.

How many days a week do you strength train?

Now… are you fueling those days differently than your run-only days?

When you combine a 1-hour run with a 45-minute lift, you increase:
• Glycogen usage ➡️ higher carb needs
• Muscle protein breakdown ➡️ higher protein needs
• Fluid and electrolyte losses

I always tell my clients to look at total training time. If workouts are back-to-back, fuel between them like you would during a longer run.

Comment “SNACKS” to grab my free snack guide

Snacks help you meet your higher energy needs, stay fueled between meals, and avoid that mid-afternoon crash.

It’s also the question I get asked almost daily from my clients: What should I be snacking on?

I created this guide so you can build snacks that actually support your training instead of leaving you dragging by 3pm 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Comment “SNACKS” and I’ll send it your way!
