A while back I made a post that read,

“Things are difficult before they become easy.”

Someone commented saying, “why would you put that out there?”

I replied, “I apologize. You’re right.”

The thing is the more I navigate through my life, thing ARE difficult at first…

But that’s okay.

I can handle difficult and I’m sure most of you can too.

(And difficult situations challenge us to find a resolution that we hadn’t thought of or maybe a new perspective. - so our soul needs some difficulties for our expansion.)

I’m not one to sugar coat things or am I an advocate for “just think positive.”

What I do advocate is being allowed to feel WHATEVER we are feeling and letting every feeling be okay rather than labeling them one way or another.

I can only speak for myself, but when I’m creating a change in my life as excited as I am … it’s typically hard at first.

But I’m not so fragile that I can’t handle hard. And I do expect it to get easier, which it does.

So can we please put less pressure on ourselves and everyone else to feel a certain way or believe that if we feel one way, it’s good , another way it’s bad.

We feel. And.it.just.IS.
