Hard to believe this amazing trip to Boston was already two weeks ago! Girls were so sad that "they may never see each other again." This girls hockey world is smaller than you think, trust me, you will see them again! Until we meet again! Thank you CCM Selects for an awesome experience in Boston.

This week is full of firsts! Kenzie made her first AAA team and practiced started Monday. She got to experience a skating treadmill and a team off ice practice. Also Monday one of her biggest supporters, her Dad, had back surgery. So he is home recuperating so he can catch some of her hockey later this spring.

5-4-3-2-1 start! Sometimes you just have to do something, doesn't need to be anything crazy. For me today it was 20 min on my elliptical at a pretty slow pace but it was still something. I haven't been to yoga since the first of the year. Work and personal stress is high right now and I knew if I just didn't go make myself do it I wouldn't. So next time you are hesitant just count 5-4-3-2-1 and go get it done!
