Oh, hey, it's Sam. From State Farm. Just kidding, it's Dr. Sam from Willow!

We are so obsessed with our new location, the old State Farm building located on North Hill next to Bishop Ryan and DQ Grill & Chill. While the State Farm crew has moved into a new location, we're so excited to be in this space. (Thanks, Paul!)

Soooo, keep your eye out next time you're on Broadway, and know that even though our sign will not be up until probably May, it will be Dr. Sam and Monica greeting you, not Sam from State Farm. 😉

Big news, Minot… we have a new space to welcome you into! ✨

After dreaming, planning, and building something that truly reflects our care and approach, we, Dr. Sam and Monica, are so excited to officially introduce our new location and collaboration to the community; welcome to Willow Chiropractic!

This space was created with intention. A place where you can feel comfortable, supported, and confident in your care from the moment you walk through the door. We are proud to open our doors and continue serving families in a way that feels personal, connected, and centered on your wellness journey.
