For our November , we’d like you to meet Dave!

He was chosen because he is so pleasant and always has a smile. He is very caring toward our residents and looks out for them on outings, making sure they are safe.

One thing he loves about living at The Blake is the regular routines and all the outings he enjoys.

If he could give one piece of advice, it would be to set a goal and stay on track until you achieve it.

Fun fact: He has a doctorate in education.

Dave has brought so much life to The Blake, and we are so lucky to have him!

For our November , we would like to recognize Janet! She has been with The Blake for three and a half years and has become a vital part of our community.

Janet is one of our Concierges here at The Blake. She is an extremely hard worker who always goes above and beyond for our residents. She brings warmth, positivity, and dedication to work every single day. She is often one of the first friendly faces to greet our residents and guests—always with a bright smile and a genuine, caring attitude.

Her favorite part about working at The Blake is the residents, as well as her friendships with her coworkers.

Fun Fact: Her favorite movie is An Affair to Remember. She also loves her cat, Gustav.
