Today, our team gathered for a special staff-only Thanksgiving celebration, and it was a beautiful reminder of how fortunate we are to have such an extraordinary group of people working within our walls.

To our amazing staff: thank you. Your dedication, compassion, and teamwork are the heartbeat of Fountainview. Whether you’re providing care, support, a comforting word, or a warm smile, you make a meaningful difference every single day, and it was wonderful to take time together to relax, enjoy good food, and celebrate all that you do.

We are deeply grateful for each of you, not just during the holidays, but all year long. Your commitment and kindness are what make Fountainview Care Center feel like home.

Sip & Paint Smiles at Brickyard's Fountainview Care Center!

What a wonderful day filled with creativity, laughter, and colorful masterpieces! Our amazing residents enjoyed a delightful Sip & Paint event, where brushes danced, beverages were sipped, and spirits were bright.

From vibrant fall alandscapes to expressive abstracts, each painting was a reflection of joy, imagination, and the beautiful personalities within our community.

A big thank-you to everyone who joined in, supported, and helped make this event such a heartwarming success. Moments like these remind us how special it is to celebrate life, creativity, and togetherness!

Our hearts are full after a beautiful Friendsgiving celebration with our wonderful residents! This special day reminded us just how meaningful it is to gather, share a meal, and appreciate the friendships and connections that make our community feel like family.

Honoring Our Heroes This Veterans Day

Yesterday, we proudly saluted the brave men and women who have served our nation with courage, honor, and dedication. At Brickyard's Fountainview Care Center, we were honored to celebrate our resident Veterans with a special outing to Mission BBQ, where they enjoyed great food, heartfelt conversations, and well-deserved appreciation.

We would also like to extend a special thank-you to Kelly from Heart to Heart Hospice for visiting our facility to honor and recognize our Veterans in such a meaningful way. Your kindness and dedication helped make this day even more special.

We are deeply grateful for the sacrifices our Veterans have made to protect our freedoms and uphold the values that make our country strong. Your service and bravery inspire us every day.

Residents, families, and staff are all encouraged to stop by and take a look — you never know what treasures you might find!

What an amazing Saturday at the South Bend HUGG Fest! Brickyard's Fountainview Care Center was so honored to be a part of this beautiful celebration of Hope, Understanding, Gratitude, and Grace.

To all the caregivers in our community- thank you for the love, compassion, and strength you share every single day. You are the heart of what makes our world brighter.

A special shout-out to everyone who created, organized, and managed this incredible event. Your hard work and heart brought so many people together - and we are still feeling the joy!

Spooky Fun at Fountainview

Our residents had a fang-tastic time at this year's Halloween party here at Brickyard's Fountainview Care Center! From festive treats and creative costumes to laughter and games, it was an afternoon full of joy, delicious food, and plenty of Halloween spirit.

A huge thank you to our amazing staff for making it all possible - and to our residents for bringing the fun and smiles that light up every celebration!

Brickyard's Fountainview Care Center was thrilled to join our friends at Hellenic for their 5-Year Birthday Bash! It was such a joy spending time with Hellenic’s residents and our fellow senior-serving community members.

From a lively scavenger hunt to a tremendous charcuterie board, the afternoon was filled with laughter, connection, and wonderful conversation.

We’re so grateful to be part of a community that celebrates together, supports one another, and knows how to have a great time! Here’s to many more years of friendship and fun

Our hearts (and glue sticks!) were full this week at Fountainview Care Center by Brickyard as we celebrated Autumn Craft Day with our wonderful partners at Dunes Hospice!

Residents rolled up their sleeves and got creative with colorful leaves, pumpkins, and all things fall. Creating fall trees, the spirit of the season came alive through every extra touch and smile.

A big thank you to our friends at Dunes Hospice for bringing the supplies, the inspiration, and so much joy. Days like this remind us how much warmth and connection a little creativity can bring.

What a SPOOK-tacular night at Fountainview Care Center by Brickyard's Trunk or Treat!

Last night was an absolute BLAST! Our residents had so much fun dressing up and handing out candy to all the adorable little monsters, goblins, superheroes, and witches that stopped by. What a wonderful turnout!

The trunks were nothing short of AMAZING – so creative, colorful, and festive! Big thanks to everyone who participated and helped bring the Halloween spirit to life. The laughter, smiles, and sweet treats made for an unforgettable evening.

We love creating these special moments with our community - and we’re already counting down to next year!
