Dr. Adeela M. Alizai-Ansari is an Ophthalmologist in South Bend, Indiana. She completed her Ophthalmology residency from Temple University, Philadelphia in '10 and Neurology residency from Case Western University in '01. She completed her Neuro-ophthalmology fellowship at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in '02.
Dr Alizai is dual board certified by American Boards of Ophthalmology and Neurology but primarily devotes her time and enjoys Ophthalmic surgeries including caring for surgical and medical eye patients. She sees Neuro-ophthalmology patients as a service to the northwest Indiana region.
Dr Alizai received her medical degree from The Aga Khan University Medical College, Karachi, Pakistan in '95 and has been in practice for more than 20 years. IEI accepts several types of health insurances, listed below.
