There is no replacement for hard work consistency, and putting in the time… There is no replacement for adequate sleep, protein, hydration, training, Nutrition… focus on the things that move the needle, the furthest.

I think most people should be taking a good magnesium glycinate, Whole Foods, multivitamin, fish, oil, vitamin D3 plus K2, creatine, and probiotic.

I remember the first time I saw a handpan online like 15 years ago a dude playing it in the subway and I knew immediately that I would connect deeply to it. I was a teenager back then with no money and sort of forgot about it.

Then a few years ago I was looking for ways to decrease my stress levels to help heal my autoimmune issues.

I remembered the handpan & that I have adult money now. The rest is history. It’s been so fun and valuable to me since.

Stress management is important and I think everyone should implement some sort of sound therapy into their routine.

Learning the theory and patterns is just so that when the music speaks inside of us we can understand it and share it with the world.

Everything changed once I understood how connected stress and sickness were.

Sometimes your body is in fight or flight without you being aware of it. You keep fighting , doing more, going harder only to feel you’re spinning your wheels and feel like s**t the whole time making less progress than you hoped for.

My body decided for me that we can’t go on like this anymore and I was forced to prioritize regulation, alignment and authenticity.

What people don’t understand is that your body is a series of multiple connected systems working
together …

Stress is more than mental.. it’s physical and it’s energetic.

It’s what we eat… but also how we move.. how we sleep.. how we think.. how we love.. how we hate..

Yes diet and exercise but I had always ate well and worked out???

Music helped support the stillness I needed to complete the picture. Highly recommend it.
