A little update 💕

Our baby girl has arrived, happy and healthy. I’ve been soaking in every precious moment and couldn’t be happier as I slow down and embrace all that motherhood has to offer.

Being pregnant has forced me to slow down, rest more than I’m used to, and really be alone with myself. Honesty, it's been hard at times.

But in the quiet moments, I’ve started to notice and appreciate the little things so much more.
I’m learning to embrace the slowness and to meet it with curiosity instead of resistance. Creating life is so magical, and I'm beyond grateful 🌿🤍
