Wellness Wednesday with one of our amazing clinicians, Courtney! ⭐️

Ever feel “off” but can’t explain why? That’s your cue to pause and name what you’re feeling.
When you put words to emotions, your brain can shift out of stress mode and into problem-solving mode.

Try this:
Instead of “I’m fine,” ask:
Am I anxious?
Am I overwhelmed?
Am I sad, frustrated, or just tired?
Say it out loud or write it down — no fixing required.

✨ Naming an emotion doesn’t make it bigger.
It actually gives you a little space from it.
You’re not being dramatic — you’re being self-aware.
Save this for the next time emotions feel messy. 💛
