Join our energetic team at RE Wellness! We’re looking for a warm, organized professional to be the friendly face and first line of communication for our patients and visitors. If you:
• Have a college degree or equivalent (medical receptionist experience preferred)
• Are comfortable with phone, text, email & chat
• Will dive into functional medicine learning & patient-education
• Excel in Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, savvy with office systems
• Are warm, welcoming, problem-solving, discreet, and tech-savvy

We’d love you on board. Part-time: 21 hrs/week (Mon & Wed 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm) at $18/hr.
