Not all coaching is created equal, especially for women in their 50s, 60s and beyond.

Your body is changing. Hormones are shifting. What used to workโ€ฆ doesnโ€™t always work anymore. But that doesnโ€™t mean youโ€™re stuck or out of options, there is a better way forward.

Thatโ€™s why our coaching is built specifically for women who are in menopause, approaching it, or navigating life after it. We donโ€™t guess, we coach with intention, education, and experience.

How to make ๐Ÿ‘‡

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 lb. (450g) lean ground beef

16 oz. (450g) sweet potatoes, diced into cubes

1 avocado, sliced

16 oz. (450g) low-fat cottage cheese

1 tbsp. tomato paste

1.3 oz. (37g) taco seasoning

1 tbsp. honey

ยฝ tsp. chili flakes

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment.โ€จ2. Toss sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Spread on the sheet and roast for 18-20 minutes until tender and crisp.โ€จ3. Meanwhile, heat the 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear ground beef for 2-3 minutes until browned. Add taco seasoning and tomato paste. Cook for 2 more minutes, then stir in honey and chili flakes. Add a splash of water if needed.โ€จ4. Assemble bowls with roasted sweet potatoes, beef, sliced avocado, and 4 oz (115g) cottage cheese per bowl.โ€จ5. Sprinkle with additional chili flakes if desired. Serve.

Not only has her body composition changed but what stands out even more is how she moves now, how much easier everything feels, and how fully sheโ€™s able to enjoy her life at this stage.
