So proud of this incredible lady! Nicole DiNicola

I have gotten to watch Nicole transform her life through committing to a healthier lifestyle. In the past 14 months she has lost 75lbs, surrendered prior habits of using food/alcohol as a coping mechanism, and is walking into a stronger, healthier and energetic mom, wife and woman.

She's fully committed to this process and has been paying it forward to other women as a result, helping them experience the same transformation. As a result, she is building an incredible online coaching business from home! Today we celebrate her for hitting an incredible milestone, 1 Star Diamond, that gives her a ticket to VEGAS for our New Leadership Conference in 2022.

Beachbody has been a vehicle for each of us to personally grow, build impactful businesses and connect with other women. So proud of you Nicole DiNicola

As a little girl you sometimes dream about your wedding. You grow up in a world that gives you so many different images of what a relationship, a marriage should feel like and look like. So you go through seasons of life striving to fit that and match that. But oftentimes are left questioning, healing and transforming.⁣

As we’re stepping into marriage this week, ⁣it’s like a breath of fresh air.⁣

It’s like I’ve been pulled back to see clearly that yes.. God’s hand is in it all. ⁣
In each of our stories,⁣
In every season,⁣
In singleness,⁣
In healing,⁣
In doing life joyfully separately, so we could come together and do life fully.⁣

It’s a breath of fresh air when we grasp the peace that comes with trusting that whichever season you find yourself in- He sees you, He knows you, He loves you.⁣He cares about your story, and it’s in writing right now.⁣

Ran through Seattle early this morning with one of my close childhood friends & it was SO BEAUTIFUL. Mornings like these fill my cup big time, thinking of how running has fostered a lot of my close friendships.⁣

The conversations you have on a run & the feeling you have at the end. The way that energy carries you throughout the day impacting every conversation you have & everything you do. Wow wow wow. Grateful for the women in my life and for the gift of movement I get to do with them. 🤍⁣

Back when we could travel & get into allllll the shenanigans!! 😭⁣

I was scrolling through old photos last night & man, I am so grateful for all my friends & family (highly recommend doing this for fun). But I truly believe that God places certain people in your life at the perfect time.⁣

became one of my closest friends at the end of college. Not only is she older, wiser and helps me stay in line 😂 BUT... she made me realize that it’s not just OKAY, but totally NECESSARY to walk towards what fulfills you. Even if it’s scary. Even if it’s not your original plan. Even if it’s not the “norm.”⁣

If anyone hasn’t told you recently-⁣
Listen to your gut, it’s hardly ever wrong. Do the thing you want to do. Become the person you want to be. Have that second drink, that third cookie!! Your story is just unfolding, that’s the cool part. 👊🏻⁣

3 ingredient healthy PANCAKES.🥳⁣

posted the recipe for these on my stories the other day & they have been a hit! perfect breakfast/snack/comfort food for quarantine & you are 99% likely to have all these ingredients at home ready to go!!!⁣

recipe (makes enough for 2):⁣
-2 bananas⁣
-4 eggs⁣
-1/2 cup oats⁣
-dash of cinnamon & salt⁣

mash bananas up in a bowl, whisk in the eggs, mix in the oats & add in the cinnamon and salt. cook like a regular pancake on the stove & top with whatever you’d like!! ENJOY. 🥳 if you make them, tag me or send me a pic!! Love seeing you guys get creative with these recipes.⁣

8 toning & strengthening exercises for DEM LEGS 🙌🏻⁣

First of all- filming this was SO FUN. Throwback to when I first began this insta & the only thing I posted were videos like these.😭 anywaysss I’ve been doing extra exercises lately to rehab/strengthen my hamstring/glutes, so I wanted to share my routine that you can do with or without ankle weights at home!!!⁣

30 seconds each exercise on each leg, ⁣
3x through.⁣
-kickback⁣
-straight leg lift ⁣
-fire hydrant ⁣
-straight leg side lift ( )⁣
-hamstring curl⁣
-side laying leg lift⁣
-side laying inner thigh lift ( )⁣
-standing leg raises⁣

25 mins total. LEGS/booty will be on 🔥⁣
Even though the focus is on your legs, engage and tighten your core! Your entire core & lower abs will be engaged as well as your shoulders. “SAVE” for later & go kill it. 👊🏻⁣

if you’re like me, you had yourself a WEEK last week 🍾🥳 between making margs.. basically everyday hahah & celebrating Mother’s Day. Allll the goodies. All of ‘em. And I loved it.⁣

Just a reminder that everything you enjoyed this weekend.. Worth it! Memories with family & friends are THE most valuable thing. Your life is wayyyy too precious to place its value on the number of drinks/treats you had or didn’t have.⁣

FRIDAYSSSS are for margs, spicy margs.⁣
(but so are mondays & thursdays according to my week this week lol). Posted these “healthy-ish” jalapeño margs on my stories the other day & so many of you made ‘em!!! Here’s the recipe:⁣

-juice from one whole lime⁣
-soda water⁣
-tequila⁣
-few slices of jalapeño (I use 5 slices)⁣
-ice ⁣

shake it allll up & BAM. add salt on the rim & a lime wedge of course. If you need it a little more sweet.. agave is great OR Trader Joe’s has a great marg mix I sometimes throw a splash of in!! enjoy this & enjoy the sunshine!!! 🌞⁣

SO GOOD. ⁣
healthy banana muffins packed with superfoods & topped with sprinkles givin’ me life during this quarantine. recipe below, “save” for later!!! 🥳⁣

mix/blend together: 2 bananas, 2 packets of vanilla shakeology, 3 eggs, tsp of baking powder, tsp vanilla extract & tsp of agave or honey. pour into muffin tins, add the sprinkles on top, preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake 13-15 mins.⁣

ps - if you don’t have vanilla shakeology, I can hook you up (message me, its an incredible superfood packed protein powder) OR try another type of vanilla protein powder - I think any brand would be fine!! & for my clients following our meal plan, 3 of these count as- 1R, 1P, .5Y 👊🏻 ENJOY!! ⁣
