We are happy to announce that we are bringing back our Reiki 1 course for Mental Health Therapists!

This CEU course will explore how therapists utilize right-brain, body-oriented engagement to access, interpret, and respond to themselves and their clients in therapeutic interactions. This exploration will include discussions and experiential activities🌀

3 weeks from today, join us for a night of gentle restorative yoga and Reiki🌀

This free event will be held at Hot House Yoga from 6:30-8pm

The night will begin with a brief introduction to yoga and Reiki, exploring how these complementary practices work together to cultivate healing and relaxation. Neil will share insight into Reiki’s role in supporting balance and ease. Together, Cheyenne, Neil, and Elaina will guide you through a restorative yoga practice enhanced with hands-on Reiki, creating a space of deep rest and renewal🦋
