In Reiki I, participants are introduced to foundational practices, including self-healing techniques, hands-on application, and the development of energetic awareness🌟

Reiki II expands upon these foundations, offering training in working with others, the use of Reiki symbols, distance healing, and essential practitioner skills to support professional or personal practice🧿

✨ Restorative Yoga & Reiki Evening ✨

3 weeks from today, join us for a night of gentle restorative yoga and Reiki🌀

This free event will be held at Hot House Yoga from 6:30-8pm

The night will begin with a brief introduction to yoga and Reiki, exploring how these complementary practices work together to cultivate healing and relaxation. Neil will share insight into Reiki’s role in supporting balance and ease. Together, Cheyenne, Neil, and Elaina will guide you through a restorative yoga practice enhanced with hands-on Reiki, creating a space of deep rest and renewal🦋
