Our November winner for our FRED Award goes to...Jenny Farr! 🎉 🙌

The Fred Award is based off of the true story of an ordinary mail carrier ✉️ whose approach to work and life had the power to transform the everyday into the extraordinary. The book, The Fred Factor, highlights how anyone can transform their ordinary work into something extraordinary by embracing a "Fred-like" attitude, which is focusing on creating value for others through small, thoughtful actions, and finding joy in the everyday task. 💪

In November, we focused on the spirit of Florence Nightingale – Founder of Modern Nursing, whose legacy was elevating standards, meticulous attention to detail, advocacy and compassion.
