Are you doing our 28 Day Challenge? How has it been going through the holidays? This is the final week and the bonus challenge this week is… no added sugar! That means you are going to have to check the ingredient list of the foods you eat to see if there is any added sugar. Fruit and vegetable sugar doesn’t count, so don’t worry about these. For this challenge, we are just talking about added sugars like cane sugar, high fructose corn syrup, or any number of other ways it might be called (Google “other names for added sugar” to see the long lists!).

👋 Welcome to our 28 Day Mind + Body Challenge! We are excited to start a new one to carry us though the holidays.

💦 This week, we have a bonus challenge about water. To get 10 extra points, drink half your body weight in ounces every day. This means if you weigh 150 pounds, you will need to drink at least 75 ounces of water each day to get the bonus points.

🎉 Don’t forget that the person with the most points at the end will get a free entry to our Group Coaching (details dropping this week!).
