Gratitude Spotlight – Breann
💫 One small daily ritual that helps you feel grounded or grateful:
“Every morning, before I dive into the day, I take my dogs for a walk. Moving my body and breathing fresh air before anything else helps me arrive in the day more grounded, steady, and connected to myself.”
🤍 A person, place, or community in Moab that fills your cup:
“I’m incredibly grateful for the women at USARA. Through my internship this year, I’ve had the privilege of spending a lot of time with them, and they’ve become a source of support, laughter, and true encouragement. They cheer me on and remind me I’m not doing this work alone.”
🕊️ A moment from this year that reminded you of your purpose:
“Recently, I wrote a letter to a judge advocating on behalf of a population I care deeply about. The judge honored the request. It reminded me that advocacy matters — that speaking up can create real change, and that nothing changes if nothing changes.”
💛 One act of kindness—big or small—that meant a lot to you:
“The other day, someone stopped me in the grocery store and told me how grateful they were for the Wellness Collective and that participating had helped them improve their life. It came at a moment when I was feeling discouraged, and it reminded me why this work matters.”
🌱 One intention you’re carrying into the new year for your own wellness:
“My intention for the new year is to choose love and positive growth — for myself and for the Wellness Collective. I want to keep expanding in ways that are grounded in compassion, community care, and the belief that healing is possible.”
