If you’ve been needing a moment to pause and truly reset, this is your invitation. Join Sam for 90 soothing minutes of breathwork, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and sound bath—a gentle space to unwind, soften, and return to yourself.

It doesn’t matter if this is the first time or you’ve joined us, or if you’ve been before, each session offers a new layer of calm, connection, and renewal.

From chair yoga and tai chi to recovery-centered classes and gentle yoga, there are options throughout the week that meet you where you are.

All classes are by donation or free, and offered with care for real bodies and real lives. Come as you are, for one class or a few.

✨ An invitation to slow down. ✨

We’re so excited to partner with and for a Rest-Centered Book Club!

This four-session book club invites participants to slow down and explore rest as a personal and collective practice. Guided by Sandra Billie, the group will read Rest Is Resistance by Tricia Hersey and reflect on how hustle culture shapes our bodies, relationships, and sense of worth—and what becomes possible when we choose rest instead.

🗓 February 7 & 21, March 7 & 21 (twice monthly)
⏰ 5:15–6:45 PM (90 min)
📍 The Wellness Collective, Moab

💛 $35 total for all four sessions (4 gatherings)
📖 Book included

Join Katie this week we focus on SI to Spine, exploring the sacroiliac joint as an important bridge between the lower body and the spine. Through guided movement and awareness, we’ll explore ways to restore functional movement and bring more harmony and fluidity to this relationship.

Each class stands on its own while also building toward greater ease and coordination over time.
