Hot Pilates is a high-energy, low-impact workout done in a heated room to help warm up the muscles, increase flexibility, and boost calorie burn. The class follows a 20 seconds of work / 10 seconds of rest interval style, keeping your heart rate up while allowing quick recovery between movements.
Expect a mix of core work, strength training, and cardio bursts — all designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and leave you feeling stronger every class.
