****IMPORTANT PLEASE READ***
I have absolutely been blessed for the last almost 5 years to meet and share my products with all of you. Healing others is a passion that I live for! Learning about natural healing methods, teaching others about integrating these methods into their lives, sharing the wonderful triumphs that so many of you have had, researching the benefits of herbs, creating blends that truly help, and every other aspect of what I do here has been such a blessing in my life.
Unfortunately, for now, I am going to have to step away from this part of who I am for various reasons. I do not know what the future holds, what I do know is that this is what must happen for now.
For the time being I will continue to restock products at Virginia's Health Foods. If this ends I will announce it here.

I truly believe in the balance and health of BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT. The focus for us all must be on all three and for the time being--- this will be my main personal focus. No one can pour from an empty jug and refilling mine has to start at the beginning.
You all have been amazing, and I have enjoyed getting to know all of you that are new in my life.
