Why did no one tell me about the cat distribution center? 😂 When my dog transitioned in July of this year I told myself I didn't want anymore pets. Then.... Milly showed up. She kept coming around in the garden, walked with me around my yard, and showed unconditional love. She's our neighborhood cat and no one knows where she comes from lol. But it reminded me of how life works. Just because you thought something or someone you loved was gone does not mean you cannot love again. I know the holidays are rough for a lot of people. But when you get a chance look at the people around you. The laughter, smiles, cries, smells, sounds, and just wrap yourself in it. You are loved no matter if it's family, pets, or plants ( yes plants can share love too). Today, embrace true love.

To all of my pet owners, what pets do you have? This is Millie in the video. And yes she knows her name. 😂

This sound reminded me of a woman going to war. She's fighting for her family, fighting for her values, and/or fighting for her children. That anger, fear, and hurt had wrapped itself into courage to finally fight for herself. Breaking away from other people's perspectives and beliefs. She had found her own, what has worked for her, learned through her lessons, and now becoming her own identity. What are some things you have fought to keep for yourself?

I will say this. It was hard to find 3 minutes to post for you guys from this 12-minute session that we did. Emily, Emily, Emily.... An amazing powerful light worker. I was blessed to get to know her through Alex Baxter. And honestly we talked about her singing but I didn't know she was actually going to sing. In this video I wanted to catch her singing Light Singing. Light Singing is a vocal message that travels through the channels between the spiritual realm and the realm that we live in. It's healing, it's purifying, it's like you're speaking to God in a different tongue. The vibration from her voice channeling with the bowl, ocean drum, and the shells... I can't explain what's happening but you can feel it. Even my sound got distorted at the beginning. Let me know what this video and how it makes you feel in the comment section.

Today is all about rest and rest. With all of this holiday shopping going on, shifting old things out, adding new things in, and preparing for family time next week, I just wanted to give y'all some time for yourself. Close your eyes and drift into a more relaxed state. Your body needs it. Your mind needs it. You need it.

It's just something about chimes! We use them in so many different ways, but for me it's like a spiritual cleanser. Chime scrub and break off dirt so you can be rejuvenated and renewed. It's just something about them that calms you and puts you in a relaxed state. I don't know what charms do for you guys but they have always let me know that no matter what I go through, I can be repurposed. Today I played one of my first original pieces for y'all today. I had this melody in my head all day the day I created this and I was like it needs to be played. When I played it, it was one of the most beautiful tunes I've ever thought that I could compose. Honestly I always thought that composing music had to be at a computer or handwritten with the music staff. But I didn't know that you can literally have it in your head and play it out. So today I want you guys to just relax and enjoy. Let me know what I should call this piece in the comment section.

Have you ever had things work out for you but you can't understand or explain what's happening? Your finding your community, your taking more education classes, someone get you something you always wanted, you get a new opportunity or even a dream partnership/collaboration happens. It feels aligned & like you're preparing for something but you don't quite know what. Well I'm here to tell you to keep your faith, trust in God, and thank your ancestors. You are being called to something you probably asked for many many many years ago. You have finally learned those lessons, learned how to spot unbalanced behaviors from others, and found out that you come first. I know it feels unreal. Sometimes we even question it because we are not used to this positive treatment but I'm here to say stop questioning positive active changes in your life. All those lessons built you. So relax and let them continue to guide you. Believe me... You can feel & understand when to step back. But right now keep moving forward.

I love when I can play a call and respond with other sound Practitioners. Lala has been playing for a while but she is new to the Mobile, AL area. She has a beautiful spirit and loves the science behind sound healing. During this sound healing sessions try to remember a time where you felt untouchable.
