When I heard this line from the book it really had me thinking about how many opportunities I missed in this life because 1. I left my own fear, doubt, and self judgement stop me. 2. I was too worried about what everyone thought ( people pleasing due to childhood trauma) 3. Just simply afraid of getting hurt, used, or mistreated again because I trusted the wrong person. I let past experiences stop future opportunities. Ones that probably could be life changing. If I keep letting this bubble stay around me nothing good will come in nor will anything negative leave out. I'm here to say to all of us who have been surviving... To us that people please... To us that self sabotages before we even get started... It's time to pop that bubble and start living life for ourselves. Pop... That... Bubble!!!

This day my one on one client was a no call no show (I pray everything is ok with them). Instead of crying over spoiled milk I decided to use this time to practice on a new instrument purchased for the shop. Why not use this time to try a new instrument right? I'm learning more and more that you cannot control everything. The only thing you can control is how you react and your behavior moving forward. So why not use this time to enhance my intuitive playing. So this is a raw video of me picking up this instrument, learning breathing control, and playing with my intuitive space.
