For all you who LOVE the estate sale/garage sale!!! My neighbors are having an estate sale tomorrow and Saturday, September 18th and 19th from 8:00 a.m-12:00 p.m.! At 1109 Gettysburg Way, Modesto, CA

They have furniture, antiques, glassware, kitchenware, appliances, books, art and SOOOO much more!!!

I AM an athlete. ⁣⁣

1. Athletes have goals of a competitive nature. Boy can I be competitive especially with myself ⁣⁣

2. Athletes make a plan to reach goals⁣⁣
⁣⁣
3. Athletes stick to that plan with drive and consistency!!!⁣⁣

So my friends I am an athlete... STILL! It’s part of me. My workouts from home ...essential. My nutrition plan essential. I just need to be consistent with my goals. ⁣⁣

I am just going to get real here!! ⁣

I know this mom...she has it all together!⁣
🧺 Laundry always folded and put away. ⁣
🥗Healthy meals for the whole family every night⁣
🧽 Spotless home and decorated like a magazine. ⁣
❤️ Perfect marriage. ⁣
💛 Never yells at her kids. ⁣
📙 She reads stories to her kids every evening at bedtime ⁣
👧 Her daughter’s hair is always neatly combed and all her kids are dressed to the nines. ⁣
⁣
Who is this woman you ask!!! It’s the perfect mom that lives IN MY HEAD!!
⁣
Like many of you, if I’m a not careful and fully living in the grace and hope of Jesus, I will feel the weight of ALL my inadequacies and see all that I am failing to do as a parent. ⁣But grace not perfection.
⁣
So as I look around my house at this very moment... I am choosing to experience grace! I am choosing hope! I think growing in God’s grace and sharing that with my kids will make me a better parent, not the Pinterest worthy birthday party...just sayn. ⁣

What I eat Wednesday!!

🥗 I eat veggies most! I literally dumped a bunch of my veggie drawer on a sheet pan and filled my plate with 75% of this and 25% of protein.

And what happens when I am done with dinner!! I say “dinner and done “ which means

No late night snacking.
No boredom eating.
No emotional eating.

I’m so excited to celebrate my friend Stephanie today🥳.⁣
⁣
At first she joined me because she wanted to lose weight and feel good in her own skin again after having 4 boys!!! One just 11 months ago! 😮And let me tell you...she is rockn’ her results!⁣
⁣
She was so excited to tell others about her results. They were drawn to her excitement so much that they decided to join her on a journey of their own with Stephanie as their coach! She has jumped ALL IN to coaching others on their health and fitness journey as she continues on hers. ⁣
⁣
Stephanie has embraced the community for her own accountability with nutrition and pushing play everyday and that is just one of the many many perks about coaching! ⁣
⁣
Today we celebrate her first promotion and I’m so looking forward to watch her continue to help more people lead healthy and fulfilling lives and to bless her own family at the same time.⁣

Transformation Tuesday ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
A little different then what you would expect. I don’t have a side by side picture with a change in my body (which is happening) slower then I want but I know it takes work, time, eating healthy and support!⁣
⁣⁣
But the transformation is about my heart ❤️ during this time of :⁣
⁣⁣
Teaching 2 kindergarteners, ⁣⁣
having a 2.5 year old running around ⁣⁣
Working⁣⁣
Eating healthy ⁣⁣
Exercising ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It’s a heart of joy, peace and patience. ⁣
⁣
I am a work in progress believe me, but I will tell you my “me” time that I take at 5 in the morning, which is really my quiet time with God, is filling my heart with joy for this precious extra time I get with all my kiddos! ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
So yes it’s a little crazy but what hasn’t been this year. Why not change how we think about it and transform our hearts ♥️ towards joy. Mindset can change lots of things!!
