Kelly loves meeting new families, helping them find the services they need, and watching children grow and thrive throughout the program. Supporting families and celebrating every milestone is what makes her work so rewarding.

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the College of Charleston

Holiday activities are continuing at Vantage 🎄✨

Our Speech, OT, and Early Intervention teams are incorporating festive, play-based activities into sessions to keep children engaged while supporting their developmental goals. Through holiday-themed games, crafts, songs, and routines, we’re working on communication, motor skills, sensory exploration, social interaction, and early learning—all in a fun and motivating way.

We love bringing a little holiday cheer into therapy while continuing to support growth and progress every day at Vantage!

Our mischievous little elf found the perfect hiding spot today… tucked right into the Christmas tree! 🎄👀 He climbed up high to remind our kiddos that growth happens when we reach for new skills—whether it’s communication, motor development, or play exploration.

🌟 Meet Our Team Monday: Ella! 🌟

Ella is a dedicated pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with her clients and their families. She loves watching her kids grow, make progress, and celebrate those proud moments alongside the people who care about them most. 💛
🎓 Ella earned her Bachelor’s degree in Experimental Psychology with a minor in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Carolina. She went on to receive her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Arizona.
