Oh what a busy week, it seems this time of year everyone is always on the go! This past week we had a lot going on! Lots of visits from family and friends, that always makes us smile! jen and her group started their day off with a few stretches and lots of music! They have found that they best way to have fun doing exercises is with music! The crew also played lots of games! BINGO, Pokeno, Scrabble and of course our recent favorite--Yahtzee! It is so fun to shake them dice and try to get that bonus! This week we also celebrated Thanksgiving! Many of us stayed put, we had a great meal and of course wonderful dessert!

A note from Jen........................
Woweee! What a busy week for us! We kicked each day off with a wellness walk, body stretches or a little moovin and groovin to get our bodies going! It's funny how a little movement gets your body and mind generated! We worked on puzzles on both floors, they are all so clever! We also listened to music, played lots of games and of course found a little time for crafts! Canvas painting, always a hit! We are looking forward to next week's holiday! We always love to see family and friends stop in!
