First things first if I tagged you, it doesn't mean I feel this relates to you. I'm trying to get people to join my journey.
Starting May 1st, I will be starting a group that together we support each other in our weight lost journey. There will be daily things that you can do to get pts and weekly things to get pts. These pts will be added up for 2 weeks and the person or if it's persons there will be a drawing for a prize.
Anyone can join the journey, if you need to lose 5lbs or 100+ lbs. your invited to join. This will be a 1-year journey but the time you're on the journey depends on you and your weight loss. If you reach your goal, you are more than welcome to remain in the group and help others with encouragement.
The requirements are simple you need a notebook to write down daily goals and the food you eat. Before or on April 30th please contact me with your weight lost goal amount. I will keep track of everyone's success in a notebook. You can choose to post a before pic, but it isn't required. Please do take a pic though and keep it so when you reach your goal you can post a before and after pic so we can all see your Transformation. Your first page of your notebook please write your beginning weight, 3 things that you struggle with trying to lose weight and what your happiest weight has been. Also, your measurements and goal weight. Also include something you'd like to do when you reach your goal weight.
This is not a diet page but a mentoring page, a group of people working together to get the same end result losing weight. I'm not a diet coach but I have struggled with my weight off and on for the past 28 years and I'm a great mentor. You choose your own way of your journey like keto, lazy keto, weight watchers, Atkins or if you have a different one.
