It is truly an honor to help shape the future of our young athletes. As a sports-specific and strength & conditioning coach, I believe parents should trust experts who are patient, understanding, and intentional with their child’s development. Training should be rooted in proper movement, age-appropriate progressions, and respect for a child’s anatomy, not shortcuts or made-up methods that can jeopardize long-term health.
