I know I am slightly delinquent on this update considering we are 10 days into the new year already, but better late than never, right?! ๐
2025 was an amazing year. It brought tons of new growth to Top Hand, it was a great learning year (as most are), and it was beyond memorable. There were an abundance of amazing things that happened and made 2025 great.
๐๐ฏ 2026, ๐ ๐ฆ๐น๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ค๐ต ๐ช๐ต ๐ธ๐ช๐ญ๐ญ ๐ฃ๐ฆ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ด๐ข๐ฎ๐ฆ: a year of more learning, experiences, growth, and of course, ๐๐๐. Weโre looking forward to the new ventures we will set forth on and the new people it will bring into our lives.

Lessons are $๐ฑ๐ฌ for ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ฟ. Lessons on cattle are $๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฑ. While our lesson slots have been full the past few years, we will be creating a couple of additional lesson spots moving into spring. ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ค๐ช๐ฉ if youโd like to be the first to know! ๐ฅณ
Our lesson program has grown exponentially over the last few years and we welcome riders of all levels. Whether youโre building a foundation or fine-tuning skills for the show pen, lessons are designed to support each riderโs individual goals. We emphasize correct fundamentals, thoughtful progression, and true horsemanshipโdeveloping riders who understand their horse, do it with purpose, and communicate clearly. Our program is more than just patterns and maneuvers; itโs about creating confident, capable horsemen who can adapt across disciplines and perform with consistency.
Every riderโs journey looks different and our goal is to provide clear instruction, honest feedback, and a supportive environment that encourages the growth of both horse and rider. While many of our students focus on performance-based goals with showing in mind, we accept riders who simply are eager to ride and become better horsemen without ever setting foot in the show world.
Our program is mainly geared toward the ranch horse discipline, including ranch horse versatility and it's respective cattle events; as well as ranch sorting; however we have a strong all-around background and multiple successful junior rodeo, barrel racing & pole bending, horsemanship, and WP students giving us an expansive experience base. We believe, no matter your discipline, you can learn something new and obtain useful ideology and tools by remaining versatile.

Our western training program specializes in ranch versatility and their respective cattle events, sorting, and general western performance-based training. No matter the discipline, our goal is to produce confident, correct, and dependable horses. We put the horse firstโfocusing on solid foundations and thoughtful development. Our goal is to create sustainable, well-broke equine partners that excel in and out of the show pen and remain sound and willing for years to come.
We accept horses at all stages of training and offer training rides to recent training horses and lesson studentโs horses. Currently, ๐จ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐

We have recently decreased to a smaller radius of travel due to time, but will travel out of the radius for multiple horses. Currently, we are only accepting clients who plan to stick to a consistent massage schedule. Please reach out with any questions!
Massage & these additional modalities are more than just a โspa dayโ for your horse. Equine massage plays a vital role in keeping horses comfortable, sound, and performing at their best. Regular bodywork helps improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, support recovery, and enhance overall mobility. When the body feels good, the horse can move more freely, stay mentally relaxed, and maintain long-term soundness.
