Our provider, Christopher Lambert is a nurse practitioner who is board certified in family medicine. Chris obtained his undergraduate degree at the IU School of Nursing, his masters degree at the University of Indianapolis, and is currently pursuing his doctorate degree. He has been practicing for 7 years out of Bloomington, IN specializing in family practice. Erin, a registered nurse, looks forward to assisting in the day-to-day operations at the clinic. In his free time, Chris enjoys running and playing golf. Chris is also a devout Christian. He serves as deacon and Sunday school director at Gasburg Baptist Church, Mooresville. Chris is excited to bring his expertise to his hometown of Monrovia. Born and raised in Monrovia, Chris recognized the lack of healthcare available to Monrovia and surrounding areas. We hope to fill the gap by bringing you high quality family centered health care. We will accept most insurances as well as Medicare and Medicaid. We look forward to serving you!
