Studio B Wellness Studio B Wellness is a program which promotes health for the Mind and Body. Counseling and Wellness including Pilates Reformer and Strength Training.

Founder Bernadette is a licensed clinician, personal trainer who passionate about her work. Real Body is a workout combining high impact cardio, strength training, yoga, and pilates. It also incorporates sports drills from soccer to football & track to maximize endurance and coordination. We specialize in small group, semi-private classes. We also offer sports conditioning for professional athletes. We have worked with athletes from the New York Giants and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
