Bodymuse Heather Dawn's Bodymuse is about balancing the Body, mind, and Bio-field for optimum health.

Using both scientific and metaphysical approaches such as meditation, yoga, energy & sound therapy and intuition a program is created for each individual client. Bodymuse is geared towards health and wellness on all levels:physical, mental and emotional. As a yoga and meditation teacher, life coach, personal trainer and intuitive I'm able to help empower individuals through my various expertise. I offer insight, support, education and humor to help improve the lives of those who need a little help.

I’m two weeks into practicing “let it be” by The Beatles on my new Handpan!

I’ve always been more interested in the process of things rather than just a perfectly finished product. I’ve almost got the verses down and it’s feeling good! Looking forward to the end result and integrating it into my mantras in yoga and sound baths…
