Today NASW is helping commemorate World Mental Health Day. Kudos to . Did you know clinical social workers are probably the largest group of mental health services providers in the United States? School social workers also help millions of students each year address mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. This year's campaign focuses on mental health in the workplace. Unfortunately, about four out of 10 social workers have reported they face safety issues at work and is pressing for passage of legislation to improve safety. What is the life you desire and want for yourself? What are you willing to do to get to that desired lifestyle?

Is your mind set on auto pilot that no matter what storms of life come at you, you keep moving forward?
Is your mental attitude one of not quitting, no matter the obstacles in front of you? Do you have the passion, grit, and drive?
Are you committed to your desire and goals of the lifestyle you want?

Consider the disparity between your ideal life and current reality. What steps are you prepared to take to bridge this gap? Is your mental attitude geared toward perseverance, despite obstacles? How focused are you on daily tasks, and what consistent efforts will you undertake to achieve your lifestyle goals? Reflecting on these questions is crucial for transformative change.

Voter registration tables should be set up at every back to school rally/giveaway, every orientation on every college campus in the country!!!

Be the organizers or contact your local voter registration office oh and make sure your are registered too.

Friends don't let their friends be non voters/ registered voters.
