As we enter a season of blossoming and renewal, it is the perfect time to implement a few updates that help maintain a seamless booking and salon experience for everyone.
I am incredibly grateful to have built such a loyal and supportive clientele since relocating here two years ago. Because of your continued support, appointment availability has been filling within days of being released. While this growth is truly a blessing, it also means itβs important for me to fully utilize the systems and policies that help keep my business running smoothly.
Some of these policies have existed in the past, and due to our relationships Iβve occasionally been flexible. However, with the recent increase in demand, maintaining consistency is necessary so that I can continue delivering the quality service you expect without burnout or disruption to the schedule.
Effective March 20, 2026, the following policies will be consistently enforced moving forward.
Booking Reminders
β’ All appointments must be scheduled through the online booking link.
β’ All cancellations or reschedules must be completed using the change/cancel option in your appointment confirmation email.
β’ Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment are considered late and will incur a fee.
β’ Rescheduled appointments must occur within 14 days of the original appointment. If current availability does not accommodate your request, the appointment must be canceled and a new one scheduled.
β’ Appointment types cannot be changed. If you would like a different service or hairstyle, please cancel your original appointment and book the appropriate service for the next available date and time.
β’ Remaining balances may be paid in cash or by card. Card payments will include a 3.25% processing fee.
β’ Availability releases on the 20th at 8AM for the approaching month. April appointments will be available Friday, March 20th at 8AM.

After more than a decade as an independent hairstylist, I now receive inquiries across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Messenger, Facebook Business Suite, and even personal contacts. To eliminate missed messages and distractions, this client care email will now serve as the central location for all communication.
Upcoming Changes
β’ May availability will be limited. I highly encourage scheduling your May appointment when booking opens April 20th at 8:00 AM.
β’ The Premium Hair & Install category will be discontinued in May 2026.
Beginning April 20, 2026, all services with hair included must be purchased separately through my website. Clients will place their hair order at [cljshop.com (http://www.cljshop.com) ] and select Local Pickup at checkout.
