My heart is so full with gratitude for the warmth and kind words and hugs afterwards!

I always wish to show kindness and compassion to those who are open to allowing me into their energy and I am so grateful that so many have opened their hearts and minds and energy to me over time!

Tomorrow is this event! Following Small Biz Saturday in the Village, I invite you over to the beautiful and serene Yoga On The Wallkill to destress your nervous system!

An evening bringing together the community to help wipe away chaos, regulate your nervous system and bring peace and joy to your heart space through gentle guided meditation and sound healing with crystal singing bowls!

The guided meditation will be set with the intention for the group to let go of what may be causing chaos, grief and any old beliefs that youre ready to shake to welcome in the beauty, wonder, magic and love that this time of year can bring!

This is also a beautiful way to come together with a community that makes you feel welcome, especially if the holidays are a lonely time of year. This event can cater to you if you allow it to with an open heart and mind 💚

This event is by donation, so feel free to join us, and donate whatever you feel called to; this is my way of giving the community the gift of peace and calm… the more of us that feel light and love, the more we can spread to those around us 💝

Join us at Yoga on the Wallkill for this event centered around releasing stress and entering into a state of calm and relax!

Michelle works to use guided meditation to ground the group, bring you comfort and peace through her voice and words, and uses her singing sound bowls for a sound bath at the end! All come together to create a beautiful, serene and calming energy to your mind, body & spirit!
