We officially have fewer than 15 slots remaining for the 2026 Kirby Athletic Advantage Program!

Still wondering what your student athlete should do over the summer?

Kirby Athletic Advantage is offered for incoming 6th graders up to 12th. This 8-week program meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays beginning on Monday, June 1st.

Our next Prep Course is coming up next week on March 6th. This is a 5-day course designed to get you ready for classes.

Class will be held from 6:30pm to 7:15pm, Monday - Friday. Once the course is completed, you can attend any class time that fits your schedule.

KMC Active - Atwood is on fire!

Atwood classes are run out of Atwood Elementary and are held currently at 5:30 AM.

Meet Crystal Green, certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with a Master’s in Education and a passion for helping student-athletes train safely and confidently. Crystal focuses on proper movement, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development to keep athletes and members of KMC Active healthy and performing at their best.

That's a wrap on our 1st Bring-A-Friend-Week of the new year!

We had over 20 friends drop in to KMC Active last week. This was between all locations including Monticello, Atwood, and Cerro Gordo!

It was fun, challenging, and memorable.

Our January Prep Course begins tonight, so if you are interested in kicking 2026 off right, please reach out and let us know!

Bring A Friend Week is back! 💪

From January 5th - January 9th, attendance for non-members will be free if you come with a current member of KMC Active. Getting started alone can be scary, so grab a friend and take the leap.

Atwood, time to get moving!

Starting next week, KMC Active will be running a mid-morning exercise class at the Atwood Elementary location from 8:30am to 9:30am.

- Monday, December 22nd
- Tuesday, December 23rd
- Monday, December 29th
- Tuesday, December 30th

There is no RSVP, so grab a friend and get your body moving during the holidays!
