That's a wrap on our 1st Bring-A-Friend-Week of the new year!

We had over 20 friends drop in to KMC Active last week. This was between all locations including Monticello, Atwood, and Cerro Gordo!

It was fun, challenging, and memorable.

- Sit To Stands

Starting next week, KMC Active will be running a mid-morning exercise class at the Atwood Elementary location from 8:30am to 9:30am.

December Prep Course is coming to you next week from December 8th - December 12th.

This is a 5-day course designed to introduce movements, learn the coaches, and build confidence in the gym.

There is no need to wait until January to begin when you can start next week!

Our November Prep Course is now complete!

This one-week course is designed to introduce new members to our gym, learn foundational movements, and build confidence when moving to the class schedule.

This month, we had 14 individuals make their first step in their fitness journey.

Throwback to our most recent member-exclusive event, "The Gauntlet."

We had over 33 members show up for this mental and physical test. "The Gauntlet" is a metabolic conditioning and endurance test mixed with running, lunges, farmer carry, etc.

KMC Active began in Atwood 1 month ago, and these ladies have already shown how disciplined they are.

Our Fun, Inclusive, and Effective training is open to anyone and everyone interested.

Our current schedule is below at KMC Active - Atwood:
- Mondays & Fridays from 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM
- Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
