If you find your progress stuck, consider reaching out to someone who can support intellectually, emotionally, or otherwise. We thrive on our positive connections with others especially when that support comes with a boost to your own confidence.

There are beliefs you carry about yourself, though they don’t belong to you. You have the power to choose to release them, burn them up, shred them, bury them in the ground, let them float away like confetti in the wind.

Untangling a mass of thought and emotion is not happy comfortable work. But the result, which may come after one session or years of sessions, is very freeing.
We have to go through the hard to get to the good.
