On this sacred night of Maha Shivaratri, I’m honoring the force that dissolves illusion, burns away ego, and makes space for truth. I don’t take lightly the gift of being a channel for healing. It is a responsibility, a calling, and a daily surrender.

I didn’t choose this path because it was easy. I chose it because people are hurting quietly, invisibly and they need someone who can listen beyond words, beyond symptoms, beyond the surface.

My prayer today is simple:
May I stay clear.
May I stay humble.
May I stay available to serve.
May every healing that moves through me reach exactly who it is meant for.

And 8 years ago on Feb 9, we brought Jasmine home — and she’s been love in fur form ever since. 🐾

Just grateful for the kind of love that grows over time, shows up on the hard days, and still feels like home.

Here is a client’s feedback after a healing with me this morning.

She lost her husband 6 months ago. She feels like she’s always in a crisis and can’t settle no matter what she has tried. She feels as if there’s no structure in her life, brain fog, and no sense of self.

Her husband was a biologist living in Africa and she was building a research station and every day was a war zone and you never know when was gonna be your last moment on earth.

Today she came to me because she wanted to heal, not only the grief but also a nervous system that has learned to stay in crisis mode.

Many of us are doing this now as we move through life feeling like everything is a crisis and then we over react, overthink, make it more dramatic than it actually is.

Girl… your biggest expense isn’t money. It’s emotional.

It’s the energy you’re spending every day on things nobody sees:
• holding it together when you’re tired
• overthinking what you said (and what you should’ve said)
• being the “strong one”
• keeping the peace
• carrying everyone else’s stress like it’s your job

And the part that gets me?
Most women don’t even realize they’re paying that bill… because it’s been normal for so long.

But your body knows.
That’s why you feel drained.
That’s why you can’t shut your mind off.
That’s why you’re exhausted even when nothing “big” happened.

You don’t need more willpower.
You need your energy back.
