Message that came through very clear for 2026

Even when life feels hard.
Even when you’re tired of “working on yourself.”
Nothing is wrong with you!!!

Most of us were taught that struggle means we’re failing somehow.
But what if it doesn’t?
What if it’s just life asking you to stay stop turning against yourself?

You are whole and in your wholeness you thrive.

And being whole doesn’t mean everything falls into place.

It means you stop beating yourself up when it doesn’t.
You take a breath.
You stay present.
You meet yourself with a little more kindness than you did before.

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about letting yourself be human—messy, real, figuring it out as you go.

That’s it.
That’s the work.

An overlooked problem right now
