Some of the most meaningful work begins in simple moments like this—over a cup of coffee and a shared vision.
I had the opportunity to meet at my second office location, Karma’s Coffee House, to begin a new collaboration between Lloyd Consulting Firm and Enjoy Counseling Options. Together, we’re bringing a more integrated, trauma-informed approach to the individuals, leaders, and organizations we serve.
Because honestly, leadership and healing were never meant to be separate conversations.
When we bridge clinical insight with leadership strategy, we create something stronger—environments where people are not only supported, but truly able to grow, lead, and thrive.
