We’re so thankful to the Policy Center for Maternal Mental Health for inviting Moodr Health to be part of this year’s 💚

Moodr co-founder Arya Satish had the opportunity to join an incredible panel focused on transforming perinatal substance use disorder care, alongside leaders doing meaningful work across the country.

It was especially meaningful to share the conversation with our partner Janine Breyel and the West Virginia Perinatal Partnership, highlighting the Drug Free Moms and Babies program and the impact of bringing together prenatal care, mental health support, and substance use treatment.

We’re grateful to be part of a community working to reduce stigma and improve care for mothers and families.

The Rural Health Transformation Program is not just about funding. It’s about transforming how care is delivered in rural communities.

CMS has made several priorities clear for RHTP investments:
✔ Access expansion
✔ Healthcare solution integration
✔ Workforce efficiency
✔ Technology-enabled care
✔ Value-based outcomes

Organizations that align solutions with these priorities will be best positioned for funding and long-term sustainability.

Moodr Health helps partners align programs with these transformation goals while expanding behavioral, maternal, and SUD care access.

If your organization is exploring RHTP funding opportunities, we’d love to connect and explore how Moodr could support your strategy.

$50B is being invested into rural healthcare through the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), but securing funding requires strong, scalable solutions.

The program prioritizes initiatives that expand access to care, improve workforce efficiency, and use technology to support better health outcomes in rural communities.

At Moodr Health, we’re excited to support organizations exploring RHTP opportunities by helping them:

• Align healthcare needs with program priorities
• Strengthen funding narratives
• Deploy scalable digital support without adding workforce burden

If RHTP funding is on your roadmap, we’re hosting demos to show how Moodr fits into state transformation strategies.

“I chose to manage my symptoms on my own at first, but my nurse recognized my needs without me having to ask, providing relief just knowing support was there if I needed it. This was the most helpful care I received.”

— Patient of Vandalia Health’s P3 Program at Mon Health 🤍

For many moms, asking for help can be difficult. Programs like Vandalia Health’s Progressing through Postpartum (P3) Program help ensure that support doesn’t depend on someone asking for it.

By staying connected with patients through messaging, screenings, and proactive outreach, care teams are able to recognize when someone may need extra support and respond early.

Every patient deserves to feel seen, supported, and cared for.

For the past 2.5 years, Moodr Health has proudly partnered with Vandalia Health’s Progressing through Postpartum (P3) Program at Mon Health to strengthen perinatal mental health care across Appalachia. 💚

Together, we’ve built a scalable maternal health program that combines automated mental health screening, predictive analytics in behavioral health, and clinician workflow optimization, all while keeping moms and families at the center.

The impact:

✨ 5,000+ patients engaged
✨ 85% patient engagement rate
✨ 43% improvement in mood disorder scores with treatment
✨ 150,000+ clinician–patient messages exchanged annually

Clinicians have shared that the platform improves care navigator efficiency and allows them to focus on what matters most...proactive, personalized care.

We are incredibly proud of what this partnership has accomplished for families in West Virginia.

As we continue highlighting the incredible organizations in our Early Innovators community, we’re proud to honor West Virginia Junior College - Charleston Campus. 🤝

Our partnership began in April 2024 with an innovative pilot program designed to prioritize mental health during nursing education. Launched at the WVJC Charleston campus, this initiative provided proactive mental health support to a cohort of 50 nursing students as they began their nursing journey.

After seeing the impact and success of the initial pilot, we were able to expand the program to additional cohorts across multiple WVJC campus locations statewide, reinforcing WVJC’s commitment to supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. 🚀

We’re especially grateful to Chad Callen, CEO of WVJC, for his leadership, vision, and commitment to student well-being. Thank you to Chad and the entire WVJC team for championing innovation in nursing education, and for being such a strong partner in this work. 🏆

We’re honored to work alongside WVJC, and excited to continue growing this partnership in 2026 and beyond! Thank you for exemplifying the mission and values behind our Early Innovators program. ✨🌱
