When your back feels like a brick or your hips feel locked, it’s just your body trying to protect you.

It’s holding onto tension because it thinks it still needs to 'guard' you from the stress of the week.

​In our 20-minute reset, we aren't fighting the body. We are inviting it to soften. We are saying, 'Thank you for protecting me, but we are safe now.'

Today is a New Moon in Aries. I am setting an intention of feeling Unapologetic for how I authentically show up in the world 🌎

Today I am at the beach to learn from the Atlantic Ocean. It is vast, Unapologetic and powerfully free. It is the best teacher of this intention.

I am going to bask in the sunlight, breath in the ocean air, watch the power of the waves, the freedom on the seagulls, the determination of the sand pipers, and listen to the wisdom of nature. I am going to embody my Unapologetic intention.

Sometimes the 'stiffness' we feel isn't just physical. It’s our body’s way of bracing against the world. 🛡️

​When we move through the 20-minute flow in Episode 3, we aren't trying to 'stretch' the pain away. We are breathing into it. We are softening the edges.
