Back to the Table I love to cook! I always have. I have a passion for creating healthy meals, working with food, serving people, and making food beautiful.

I’m a Certified Natural Foods Chef. My educational background includes knowledge of various health conditions and how to provide nutritional support for those conditions. Food is therapeutic for health, happiness, and relationships. I can show you how and why. I created Back to the Table to provide individuals and families with the skills to improve the taste and quality of their food and to create more deep and meaningful relationships as they gather at their table.

Cooking Class and dinner party at my house! Out of town guests taught ME to make some delicious Cambodian dishes. I've alway wondered what to do with some of the greens I see at the Asian market. I got some insight from Kimchou Phou. Such a fun time!! Amok Trey, Banana Flower Salad, Beef Laab, Spring Rolls and Stuffed Chicken Wings, (if you can believe it).....Yes, we took 3 bones out of each wing. Labor intensive but oh sooooo delicious! Hands on cooking is so worth it. Special time.

Contact me if you would like to schedule a cooking class dinner party! You'll be glad you did!

My recent work has placed me with people with cancer and cooking really good tasting and healthy foods for them. Below are just a few products and dishes I've made.
People often ask me to cater for them. This is NOT something I'm set up to do. Following are some of the services I provide:

1. I cooks as a personal chef in peoples homes.
2. I shop for people who have demanding jobs and find they have little time to cook or shop.
3. One of my current favorites is~~~~Once a week I take a fabulously interesting 92 year old man with a sharp mind and quick wit, out to breakfast and shopping for the week.
4. I'm still promoting the cooking class dinner parties! So fun and informative. Contact me on FB if you'd like more information.
