Hi all! Share this with your new mom friends, please 🙏 Starting Friday, Nov 14 at 11:15am, join me at Be Well. for Baby & Me Yoga — a weekly class designed for *both* you and your baby. 💛
No yoga experience needed — this is about connection, community, and gentle movement to help you feel strong, supported, and reconnected to your post-pregnancy body.
🧘♀️ For moms: we’ll explore gentle and strength-building postures to restore your core, release tension, and nurture your recovery.
👶 For babies: guided movements, songs, and play that support development and bonding.
This class is open to moms who’ve been cleared for exercise, with babies 6-weeks to pre-walking.
Come as you are — spit-up, yoga pants, and all — and meet other mamas who get it. 💕
