This is great for previous clients who need a refresher on the exercises they have been prescribed, or for individuals who don’t want someone to tell them what to do but would like to make sure they are doing it correctly.

One of the most common things I hear from new moms is neck/upper back pain due to feeding their baby. Whether you breast feed or bottle feed, it’s important to use pillows to support your body AND the baby to keep you in a safe position.

👶🏼Here are some variations you can try! Use as many pillows as needed to support your body and bring the baby up to you (rather than bending down).

👶🏼If these changes don’t resolve your issue, consider meeting with me so we can figure out what’s going on in your body and how to help!

Body mechanics are always important but even more so postpartum when your abdominals are wrecked from pregnancy and now you have to carry a baby around everywhere you go.

✨Here are some alternatives to holding your baby and bending/lifting onto an elevated surface.

✨If we work together we will learn not only safe body mechanics but also build motor control and strength of your muscles in order to recover faster and prevent future injuries!
