There’s a lot of messaging this time of year about fresh starts, better moods, and “getting back to yourself.”

But for a lot of people, it doesn’t feel like that.

You can have sunshine outside
and still feel heavy inside.

You can notice the longer days
and still feel tired.

Nothing is wrong with you if this season doesn’t feel like a reset.

You’re allowed to take your time—no matter what the calendar says.

Not all regulation looks like deep breathing and stillness.

Sometimes it looks like pausing.
Sometimes it looks like walking away.
Sometimes it looks like doing less on purpose.

It can be quiet.
It can be invisible.
It can feel small.

But those small moments where you choose differently?

That’s regulation.

Real talk—insurance can be confusing.

We’re in-network with many providers, including Aetna, ATAP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Independence BCBS / Amerihealth, Highmark BCBS, LEHB, Medicare Part B, United Healthcare / Optum, and VA Community Care.

That said, coverage can vary more than most people expect—even within the same insurance company.

For the most accurate details on your copay, deductible, and coinsurance, we recommend calling the number on the back of your card.

You don’t have to figure it out alone—we’re here to help.

Today is often called World Autism Awareness Day, but many in the community advocate for something deeper—acceptance.

Acceptance means moving beyond awareness and toward understanding, respect, and meaningful inclusion. It means listening to autistic individuals, honoring different ways of communicating, and creating spaces where people feel safe to be themselves.

Support doesn’t come from changing someone.

It comes from meeting them where they are.

Sometimes the advice to “move your body” or “try meditation” for mental health can start to feel repetitive. We hear it too. And when you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or just trying to get through the day, it can sound like one more thing added to the list.

But the reason you hear it so often is because small moments of movement and stillness really can support your nervous system.

The good news is it doesn’t have to be a full workout or a perfect meditation session.

If it doesn’t feel simple right now, start small:
• Take three slow breaths before you pick up your phone in the morning.
• Stretch your shoulders or neck for 30 seconds while sitting at your desk.
• Step outside and feel the sun or fresh air for a minute.
• Close your eyes and take five slow breaths before your next task.
• Gently roll your wrists, ankles, or neck to release tension.

Self-care doesn’t have to be big or perfect. Sometimes it’s just a small pause that reminds your body it’s safe to slow down.

The first day of spring is a gentle reminder that change doesn’t always happen all at once.

After months of shorter days and colder weather, the light slowly returns. Things begin to soften. Growth starts quietly beneath the surface before we can even see it.

Mental health can move in seasons too. Sometimes growth is slow, subtle, and unfolding in ways we don’t immediately notice.

As spring begins, this can be a time to welcome small resets, fresh perspective, and gentle renewal—at your own pace.

💗The stories, strength, and experiences of women matter every day.

Women often carry so much—caregiving, careers, community leadership, emotional labor, advocacy, and healing. These contributions shape families, workplaces, and communities in ways that are both visible and unseen.

Supporting women also means supporting their mental health. It means creating space for rest, for boundaries, for asking for help, and for being heard without judgment.

Her story matters.

Not just one day. Every day. 💗

You don’t have to feel energized to be gentle.

Here are a few ways that can look in real life:

💙Send a 10-second check-in.
A simple “thinking of you” is enough. It doesn’t require a full conversation to create connection.

💙Soften your inner voice.
Try replacing “I should be doing more” with “I’m doing what I can today.”

💙Hold a door. Leave a note. Say thank you.
Small acknowledgments remind people they’re seen.

💙Lower one expectation.
Kindness toward yourself might look like letting something be good enough.

💙Tend to your future self.
Fill a water bottle. Set out tomorrow’s clothes. Do one small thing that makes later feel easier.

Kindness isn’t about grand gestures. It’s about small, intentional moments that support connection and regulation — especially when energy is limited.

💗 Love shows up in many forms 💗 — in friendships, chosen family, community, moments of care, and in the relationship you have with yourself. It can be quiet, steady, imperfect, and still deeply real.
Wherever love is showing up for you right now — or wherever you’re still learning how to receive it — that experience is worthy of care and compassion.

A gentle reminder you can keep with you.
You don’t need the perfect moment, the perfect plan, or more energy than you have right now.
Starting where you are still counts.
Using what you have is enough.
Doing what you can is more than okay.

Save this for the days that feel heavy. 🤍

Some weeks feel heavier than others.
Not always because of what’s happening in our own lives — but because of what we’re absorbing around us.
If you’ve noticed your nervous system feels a little more on edge lately…
If sleep feels disrupted, patience feels thinner, or emotions feel closer to the surface…
There’s nothing wrong with you.
Our minds and bodies are designed to respond to uncertainty, disruption, and collective stress — even when we can’t quite name what’s weighing on us.
This is your reminder that it’s okay to:
• Pause the scroll
• Step outside or toward warmth and rest
• Tend to your body before asking more of yourself
• Choose gentleness over productivity right now
You don’t need to have the “right” words or reactions.
You don’t need to process everything at once.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
Support can look like many things — a trusted conversation, a grounding moment, or reaching out for professional care when it feels right.
We’re holding space for you.

Resolutions often ask for dramatic change, fast. Gentle goal setting works differently — it focuses on changes that are realistic, supportive, and sustainable.

Starting small might look like adding one habit a few days a week instead of trying to change everything at once.

Choosing alignment could mean setting goals that work with your energy, schedule, and season of life — not against them.

Focusing on direction might be noticing that you’re showing up more consistently, even if things aren’t perfect.

Leaving room for rest can mean planning recovery, boundaries, or quiet time as part of growth, not something you earn later.

Allowing change looks like revisiting goals when life shifts and giving yourself permission to adapt without guilt.

These kinds of goals don’t demand perfection. They create momentum. Like ripples in water, small intentional choices can move outward in ways you don’t always see right away.

You don’t need a reset — you need support.
