✨🕯️ If you’re bringing offerings or photos for the altar, please come anytime between 6:30 and 6:50p. We’ll start the ceremony/dancing together at 7p so please arrive before then so we can create a good container together. If you happen to run late, you’re still welcome to join in - please be mindful that you’re entering a ceremonial space and enter quietly.

I’m up late dancing with all the spirits on this hallow’een 👻 ✨

Enough people have inquired about this so I wanted to send word… 💞… Please note that our dance tonight (Weds eve 11/1) is not intended to be a costumed Halloween-like experience but rather a ritual dance and dive into the beyond… a time to commune with Soul and our beloveds who have gone before… dancing the veil 🌀

Do feel free and encouraged to bring along a scarf or veil to dance with if you are called, as well as photos and favorite foods of your dearly departed for our honoring space/altar and for stories and sharing after dance. 🙌🏽 💞

Please arrive a bit before 6:30p if possible too so we can share the whole experience together (and if you are only able to arrive later, please still join us with mindfulness of the sacred container and care as you enter the space).

When the planets align... WE MUST DANCE! And so it is that I'm in town for the weekend and this Friday's DJ cancelled and so I'm dropping in with some juicy beats so we can move our dancing feets!

I couldn't resist inviting us to revel in the expansive energies of a sweet planetary conjunction we're in with the energies of Uranus and Jupiter... my archetypal astrology teacher Renn Butler so beautifully describes this conjunction:

"These archetypes support the reawakening to divine consciousness, the felix culpa or blessed reward for enduring the loss of the womb paradise. They symbolize the "sacred Yes," the eternal natural exuberance that affirms life and electrifies it with higher meaning and possibilities. Under Jupiter-Uranus, the world is made new." (Pathways to Wholeness)

Oh the contentment of warm sand, hanging with my seastars, nephew, brother and sister-in-law, and this vast sea that delights and washes over my heart and cleanses my body, mind and soul like no other 🌊💦🩵

SLO County Friends, it's happening! (happy my heart)

I'm coming back for my first intermittent visit next week (can't keep me away for long ;). It'll be a fullll few days of clients and family birthdays while I'm there, so if you're available and you'd enjoy some face-to-face, embodied time together, please come dance 6:30-8p and then hang and visit with me at the nearby park or beach afterward (I want to tell you all about my arriving in my new home and hear your stories of this past moon too
